Before Submission to PSA / Beckett
- Cancellation before shipping: If you haven't sent your cards yet, you can cancel your order at any time for a full refund.
- Cards received but not yet submitted: If we've received your cards but haven't submitted them to the grading company, you may request cancellation. A full refund of grading fees will be issued, but return postage is at your expense.
After Submission to PSA / Beckett
- No refunds once submitted: Once your cards have been submitted to PSA or Beckett, grading fees are non-refundable. This is because the grading companies charge us upon submission and do not offer refunds.
- Upcharges: If PSA or Beckett applies an upcharge due to card value, this cost is passed through to you and is non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Cards
- Insurance coverage: All cards in our possession are insured for the declared value you provide on your submission form. If cards are damaged or lost while in our care, we will compensate you based on the declared value or current market value, whichever is lower.
- Grading company responsibility: Once cards are in the hands of PSA or Beckett, their respective insurance and liability terms apply. We will advocate on your behalf for any claims.
Return Shipping
- Graded cards: Return shipping of your graded cards is included in your grading fee, sent via insured and tracked delivery within Australia.
- Cancelled orders: If you cancel after sending cards to us, return postage is at your cost. We'll provide a quote before shipping.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
